Our fulfillment network and customer support teams operate internationally to ensure efficient global service. 4. Ordering, Fulfillment, and Global Logistics
4.1 Order Acceptance: Your placement of an order does not constitute our acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, material errors in the description or price, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
4.2 Fulfillment and Logistics: To ensure efficient service globally, Bella By EC utilizes centralized international fulfillment partners and logistics centers to process and dispatch orders. This network includes our 3PL partner facility in China.
4.3 Fulfillment and Shipping Origin: Orders are processed and shipped from our international logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. The origin of fulfillment may vary depending on stock location and destination. We guarantee timely dispatch and tracking for all orders. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the international fulfillment carrier.
4.4 Delivery Time and Shipping Policy: Detailed delivery timeframes, estimated transit times, and our complete shipping terms are set out in our separate Shipping Policy.
4.5 Customs and Import Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility. Bella By EC covers shipping costs but cannot control or predict these additional charges.

5.1 Pricing: Product pricing is displayed based on the selected store view's currency (AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, etc.). Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5.3 Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) and PayPal Transactions: We offer payment options through trusted third-party providers such as PayPal, Afterpay, and ZipPay. These services allow customers to pay securely under their respective terms. By selecting one of these payment methods, you agree to their individual policies and potential late fee structures. Purchases made via PayPal are protected under PayPal’s Buyer Protection policy. Bella By EC remains responsible for all product deliveries, returns, and warranty obligations.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
